■ Includes a police station, patrol car, fire truck, police truck, ambulance, 3 trucks, a helicopter, a police motorcycle, and a rubber boat, along with many minifigures such as police officers, robbers, firefighters, workers, and civilians. You should be able to enjoy this set on its own. Please note that the modular building, baseplate, and supports for the airplane and helicopter, which are partially visible in some of the photos on the right, are not included.

■ Only the main kit and minifigures shown in the photos (excluding the modular building, baseplate, and supports) are included. Also, the main parts are complete and in good condition for playing/displaying, but there may be some differences from the original. Please understand this before purchasing.

■ Personally, I believe it is in good condition (as you can see from the product photos, the surface still has a shine), but this is just my subjective opinion, so please understand that it is a used item.

■ For shipping, I plan to disassemble it to some extent and send it in a compact form.

■ This is a bargain price, so please understand that it is being sold as-is. However, in the unlikely event that the item sent is not genuine LEGO, I will accept returns if you can prove it on the day of arrival, so please rest assured.
