Groco, Bronze Standard Flow 45 deg. Pipe to Hose Elbow Fittings used for connecting hose to valves, seacocks, strainers or any hardware having female NPT pipe threads. PHHD fittings are designed to accommodate the designed standard pipe size flow and provide an unrestricted passage through the fitting. If a 3/4" fitting is to provide full flow through the fitting, and also have a safe wall thickness, the fitting OD must be larger than 3/4". Therefore, a hose ID larger than the pipe size is required. Fittings are cast bronze. A hex nut is cast-in to allow for secure tightening.
